Fantastic Stay Near the Mall

I found the staff to be helpful. They provided a shortcut to the Dubai Mall which saved time. The early check-in request was accommodated after a short wait. There were always many taxis available outside the hotel which helped with transportation.
The store attached is a little overpriced. I wish I had more affordable options.

The breakfast had a good selection. I had dinner at the attached TGI Fridays two times, and the meals were consistent with the standard expected at that chain restaurant. A convenient store is attached and is open all hours.

The gym had adequate equipment. The pool was generally quiet in the mornings. Ice dispensers were available on every floor which was very convenient. There is a shuttle service to the beach.

The hotel is within walking distance to Boulevard Plaza. It is a short distance from the airport. There is convenient access to TDIC and the mall. I appreciate the ease of getting around.

the location is super accessible with a free shuttle to the mall. the ambiance felt fantastic and very cute. housekeeping provided the best service. i loved the fantastic view from the pool (especially at sunset). the receptionists were also very professional!
the fan in the toilet was not working properly, there was little air circulation.

the location was excellent. i loved walking to the dubai mall and burj khalifa. the reception staff was best. they were very helpful making me feel welcome.
the fan in the toilet was not working. there was no air circulation in the toilet. all the odour got to the room.

the front desk staff provided great service , and i appreciated the helpful advice on excursions. the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel stood out, especially its proximity to the mall. the convenience of having a supermarket near the lobby was a definite plus.
i found the smell in the hallways quite unpleasant .

The staff was amazing and quickly addressed any requests I had! The breakfast offered a great selection of foods including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I found the gym very convenient. It had multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. The free shuttle to the main attractions was a great bonus, saving on transportation costs.
I noticed the in-room TV had a limited selection of channels in English. It was a small inconvenience, though.

The location was downtown. It was close to everything I wanted to visit (the strategic location helped a LOT). The super nice team. Pooja at the front desk was particularly great. For food and drinks, a TGIF is on the premises. A Costa cafe is also available, alongside a supermarket.
The pricing increase seems to have made the hotel empty this year so I think they take a shady approach to customers.

The room offered a view of the Burj Khalifa and included a functional workspace with ample lighting. Storage was sufficient, with a closet and several drawers available for organizing belongings. I REALLY appreciated the blackout curtains that ensured a dark room at night.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area had about 20 loungers. A shaded section provided relief from the sun. A 24/7 convenience store in the lobby was very useful.
